Main responsibilities:

  • Participate in Summit and FusionCapital Components implementations, upgrades, bespoke projects on-site at a bank or remotely from our development center in Bucharest
  • Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications
  • Design and execute business scenarios to verify correctness of the software application
  • Investigate issues discovered and report problems
  • Understand the client’s usage of Summit and create a portfolio of real-life business scenarios to be used in future test campaigns
  • Test, maintain, and improve our proprietary test automation solution - RightClick TMS
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Organize presentation sessions for clients, showcasing the benefits of the IT team driven projects
  • Prepare project analysis and relevant Functional Specifications according to deadline

The ideal candidate background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in finance
  • Basic technical skills or interest in IT
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, self-motivated and well organized
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
  • Prior exposure to Capital Markets
  • Experience using financial software solutions
  • Strong client focus
  • CFA certification would be a plus
