TMS installation → 10-day training (rapid enablement) → EMEA automation (bank-led, minimal support from the RightClick team) → EMEA upgrade (successful, minimal business disruption) → AMER upgrade (2 months, fastest to date, leveraging the EMEA test assets).

• The bank was preparing Kondor upgrades for multiple Kondor instances across different branches and needed to reduce testing and analysis effort.
