French Bank Delivers Summit Upgrade Through Evergreening

A leading French bank partnered with RightClick and Teciem to deliver a Summit v6.4 upgrade through their Summit Evergreening program.

The project covered a like-for-like upgrade of the bank’s core securities platform, including environment setup, database upgrades, validation of global customizations, while ensuring seamless integration with upstream and downstream systems.

  • Upgrade environments built and validated across DEV, TEST, and Pre-Production

  • End-to-end testing executed across functional, batch, STP, performance, and interface workflows

  • Critical regression coverage automated, including:

o   220 functional automated test cases

o   40 automated SQL validation checks

o   400+ automated batch comparison tests

  • Three successful migration dry runs completed, supported by a detailed rollback approach

  • Full UAT support delivered, with business sign-off secured across multiple regions and business functions.
