Delivery Manager

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Maintain high level of client satisfaction with the company service and product deliveries

  • Lead team members responsible for providing services and products deliveries to clients

  • Manage projects using agile project management methodology

  • Work with Account or Product Manager to define requirements and translate them into user stories

  • Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team

  • Ensure all projects are delivered to an appropriate level of quality

  • Organize regular meetings with stakeholders and ensure effective communication

  • Track service metrics and make recommendations for improvements

 

The ideal candidate background:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role

  • Proven experience in delivering quality IT projects and services

  • Financial software experience or Summit experience is a plus

  • Strong customer focus and exposure to international clients

  • Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with changes

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels

  • Proven experience in making effective decisions

  • Collaborative and partnering attitude

  • English – Advanced Level
