Delivery Manager
Main responsibilities:
-
Maintain high level of client satisfaction with the company service and product deliveries

Lead team members responsible for providing services and products deliveries to clients
-
Manage projects using agile project management methodology
-
Work with Account or Product Manager to define requirements and translate them into user stories
-
Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
-
Ensure all projects are delivered to an appropriate level of quality
-
Organize regular meetings with stakeholders and ensure effective communication
-
Track service metrics and make recommendations for improvements
The ideal candidate background:
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
-
Proven experience in delivering quality IT projects and services
-
Financial software experience or Summit experience is a plus
-
Strong customer focus and exposure to international clients
-
Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with changes
-
Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate with people at all levels
-
Proven experience in making effective decisions
-
Collaborative and partnering attitude
-
English – Advanced Level
