Account Manager


Main responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients and connect with their main stakeholders

  • Answer client requests and identify new business opportunities

  • Liaise between clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery

  • Act as a client “go-to person” and take responsibility for on-time resolution of their queries

  • Organize regular meetings with customers and ensure effective communication

  • Make recommendations to improve the client experience

  • Take ownership of client satisfaction


The ideal candidate background:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role

  • Experience in the implementation and management of IT projects

  • Financial software experience or Summit experience is a plus

  • Strong customer management and communication skills

  • Exposure to international clients

  • English – Advanced Level
